Tongwynlais Temperance Band is an award-winning brass band founded in 1888. In 2008 their high musical standards were recognised with them becoming champion band in Wales, and a year later this success continued with them being awarded both First Section National Champions and Pontins Champions.

Although best suited to the concert hall environment, their vast repetoire gives them a wide appeal in all settings and can provide suitable music for both wedding and corporate entertainment.

As well as the full band being available for hire, they can also break in to a smaller brass ensemble if required. Their fine soloists are also available for individual performances.
