What events can you provide musicians for?
Our aim is to be able to cater for any kind of event - big or small.

Can I listen to one of your musicians?
At present, not all our artists have demos available. However please rest assured that we have auditioned every artist we have listed on this website, to ensure that they are up to the high standards we, and you, expect.

Do I have to book a specific musician?
No! We're happy to provide free advice on the best entertainment for your event. Just ask!

How much does each artist cost?
We understand that each event is unique, and therefore the final cost depends on a number of different factors (duration of performance, location, time etc.). To obtain an accurate quote, please fill in a quote form -

How do I make a booking?
Complete the online booking form (found
here), filling in as much information as possible. If you have a specific artist you would like to book, please ensure you mention who you would like.
We will reply to you within 48 hours.
If you are happy with the quote, then a deposit of 25% is required in order to secure your booking.

When is payment due?
Once costs are confirmed and an artist is available, a 25% deposit will secure your booking. The balance is due at least 7 days before the event. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or BACS transfer.

Can I pay the balance at the performance?
In our experience we have learnt that it is easier for both parties if the balance is settled in advance.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand circumstances change, and, with enough notice we may be able to return some of your deposit.

What do the musicians need?
Our musicians may have travelled some way to be at your event, so soft drinks are appreciated throughout the night to keep them at their best! If any buffet-style food is available at the event for between sets, that is sure to go down well too!

ARTIST FAQs
I'm a musician. Can I join the agency?
Great - and yes you can, subject to suitability. Please get in contact with us and we shall arrange an informal audition with you. This is nothing to worry about - we just like to listen to the talent you have to offer.

Do I have to audition live? Can I not just submit a recording?
Yes, auditions must be live and in person - you'd be performing live to your audience, so we have to check you are up to it! We can either come to a performance you may have coming up, or arrange a location to perform in private.

Are there subscription fees involved?
To be part of the agency, there are no costs to be on our books.

What can I get by joining your agency?
As well as widening your performance opportunities we provide you with a free online presence to promote yourself or your ensemble, and also personalised business cards to help you establish contacts.

How much work will I get?
Although we aim to provide our talent with as much work as possible, we cannot guarantee how many performance opportunities you will have.
